If you've gone and shoveled a ton of addonpeds in you could be having issues with memory and all that - to which gameconfig.xml, headadjuster, tools etc can be used to help. (openiv/asi, shvdotnet, shv, nativeui - and any of their requirements) (as I have not, and will not explain installing all the other necessary pieces)
